Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it or offer a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of skincare products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
